Overview
Our client is in the market for a multi skilled maintenance technician who can service, repair and maintain plant equipment.
Job Description:
- Maintaining preventative maintenance plan with weekly scheduled checks
- Carrying out routine maintenance, fault finding and breakdowns on plant equipment such as CNC machines, pumps, fans, gear boxes, shafts, water lines, valves, belts electrical panels, hydraulic and pneumatics systems and electronic control systems
- Install and commission plant and machinery and carrying out upgrades
- Logging breakdowns accurately and conducting TPMs
- PAT testing and inspection of electrical equipment
- Maintaining records on all checks
- Stock checking and reordering stock
- Communicating with other departments
Person Specification:
- Time served maintenance technician with electrical and mechanical knowledge
- 18th Edition
- PAT testing experience
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:45
