My journey in recruitment started in April 2011 supplying both temporary and permanent staff within the engineering and manufacturing market.
I pride myself and have proven experience in forging strong and long term relationships with both clients and candidates having worked with the same people for the past 8 years. The development of the EWRS division has been a huge success story and I am really looking forward to growing this even further for years to come.
Working for EW since 2008, I am now proud to hold the role of managing director with what has established itself as a well-respected brand in education recruitment. Our fantastic team of consultants and back office support share my principals of long-lasting relationships with partner businesses, offering a genuine value added, bespoke solution for all their recruitment needs. It has been fantastic to watch EW grow over the years both within the North East and now throughout South Yorkshire and East Midlands and I am excited to continue our vision: ‘To be the fastest growing and most respected recruitment partner in England!’
I've worked in recruitment since 2013 before taking the step into management in 2019. I now manage teams for both EW Recruitment Services and our sister education division- Education World. I look forward to the continued success and growth of these teams into the next few years.

Having worked in the Recruitment sector for a number of years I moved into a HR Management role in 2019, and into my current role as Business Manager in 2021. Prior to joining the Juhler Group I spent 15 year in the Motor trade working my way from Service Advisor to Team Manager. It has been fantastic to watch EW grow over the years.
I have been working in Finance roles since 1998 and for Juhler Group companies since 2013 and have over 10 years experience with processing weekly temporary workers payroll. I enjoy a spreadsheet more than what would be considered normal.
Hi, I'm Sarah, and I manage both internal and external communications and engagement at EW. Internally, my role involves ensuring everyone in the organisation is informed about key results and information, leading our ongoing Core Values project, and preparing for internal events and business reviews. Externally, I handle our website, social media, marketing, and partnerships with local colleges, universities and training providers, as well as local and government employment organisations to help as many people as possible find fulfilling work. It's a diverse role, and I truly enjoy it! :)

Originally from a business travel customer service background, this is my first role in Finance. Since joining the team in January 2022, I have enjoyed learning all aspects of Finance and working with a great group of people. I can assist with timesheets, invoices, and payroll enquires.
