I pride myself and have proven experience in forging strong and long term relationships with both clients and candidates having worked with the same people for the past 8 years. The development of the EWRS division has been a huge success story and I am really looking forward to growing this even further for years to come.

Hi, I'm Sarah, and I manage both internal and external communications and engagement at EW. Internally, my role involves ensuring everyone in the organisation is informed about key results and information, leading our ongoing Core Values project, and preparing for internal events and business reviews. Externally, I handle our website, social media, marketing, and partnerships with local colleges, universities and training providers, as well as local and government employment organisations to help as many people as possible find fulfilling work. It's a diverse role, and I truly enjoy it! :)

I have 8 years’ experience in customer services and administration across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, utilities and education. I joined Education World in February 2019 as the sole compliance officer and as the company grew became the Compliance Manager responsible for the oversight of our stringent compliance procedures and a team of compliance officers. In 2023, I made the move into systems, IT and data.

I joined Education World in September 2019 as Compliance Officer, working on the clearance of our Teachers, TAs and Support Staff. I began my career in recruitment in the industrial and commercial sector while obtaining my Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. After completing my apprenticeship in 2017, I moved into education recruitment where I started working in compliance.

When I came to Education World, we had just opened our South Yorkshire office, and I have watched our company grow from strength to strength since. It’s a real privilege to be part of such a dedicated and hardworking team, committed to finding the right partnerships for our staff and schools. 

In 2024, I was thrilled to be promoted to Compliance Team Leader, now looking after compliance for our Education and Industrial sectors. I am so pleased to be working with both of these teams, ensuring compliance is at the highest standard and our processes within our organisation and streamlined.
