We assess all applications and perform initial tele-interviews before conducting next-round, in-depth interviews. We subject every applicant to thorough vetting checks on; ID, address, proof of eligibility, CV history, qualifications, licences and certifications. All candidates are briefed on their pay and contracts and are informed of emergency contacts.

We pride ourselves on the speed of our response. Once a booking has been made, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking and the carefully selected candidate along with a list of all vetting and suitability checks the candidate has passed.

After care service

Our support doesn't stop when we fill your booking. 

We provide a thorough onboarding process to ensure our candidates get off to the best possible start in your business. Our after care service includes day 1 briefs with candidates, check-ins with your business, end of week reviews, reviews of KPIs/SLAs and regular re-checks of POE.

We place huge significance on looking after both our clients and candidates; before, during and after placements are made. We aim to ensure you feel informed, supported and satisfied throughout every step of your recruitment journey.
