Meet the Team
My name is Richard, and I am an experienced recruiter heading up our permanent education and social care divisions at EWRS. I’ve been in education in a variety of roles for 15 years, beginning as a sports coach apprentice in a Northumberland school. Since then, I’ve qualified as a teacher and worked my way through the ranks over the past 10 years, with my most recent school-based role being Headteacher of a South London primary school. At EWRS, I work in line with our core values to help both overseas and domestically qualified professionals find roles that match their skills, experience, and aspirations.
