Installation and Service Supervisor / Team Leader

Tuesday–Friday 36 hours per week
£30,000–£35,000 per annum (weekly pay)
We’re currently recruiting for an Installation and Service Supervisor / Team Leader to join a growing company that installs and services outdoor leisure products.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with experience as a team leader and working knowledge in thermal and water systems.
You’ll be responsible for managing a small team (typically 3–4 engineers) while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day installation and maintenance work.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support the installation and service team on client sites
- Carry out hands-on servicing, repairs, and equipment installations
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard
- Liaising between the team and company management
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Job Requirements
- Practical working experience and knowledge in water, heating, electrical and mechanical systems.
- No specific qualifications required, as full training will be given.
- Previous team leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead a team.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary between £29,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)
- Paid weekly
- 3-day working week (Tuesday to Friday) – 36 hours
